Do you ever watch something and know you should get involved to help in whatever way you can but just don’t know how?
That is exactly how Mark and I felt after watching an episode of Glenn Beck on BlazeTV. He had a special on called BRAINWASHED:The Radical Sex Agenda Corrupting Your Kid and we watched as he showed what was happening to children in classrooms around the world. We didn’t decide overnight to dedicate a year of our lives digging deep to expose the roots of this perversion by way of a documentary film. We had literally just released our newest documentary film, Inwood Drive, into the marketplace during the Covid shutdown. Inwood Drive was a roller coaster from the beginning and once completed we could see why the Lord wanted the story told. There was more to that story than any of us could have imagined!
Through Inwood Drive we documented the story of a battle between an abortionist and a community dedicated to protecting women from the butchery of the local abortionist. We interviewed the local abortionist for the film then several months later he died and his family found over 2,000 fetal remains at his home and car in Illinois. None of us could have imagined the conclusion of the film, but God knew!
After Inwood Drive's release Mark and I had been praying about the next steps in our filmmaking ministry. We knew that we wanted to tackle the subject of pornography as Mark has had a film in mind for several years about a community that had been victorious in the mid 80’s against the pornographic book stores and movie theaters. It’s an incredible true story of the local churches and community coming together to fight a decade long battle over obscenity and overcoming the vicious attacks from the opposition.
In September of 2020 I shared Glenn Beck’s Brainwashed to my personal Facebook feed. Not long after, one of our state representatives shared with me a conference happening in Nappannee, IN, that Mark and I should consider attending. The conference was essentially everything we had just watched on the GB Show. Conversations started happening quickly about what was happening in our home state of Indiana and across the country. There was a bit of hesitation on Mark and I’s part because information was pouring in at a staggering pace.
After praying about it, we knew the Lord was sending us on this journey to join others in the Church to help expose the premature sexualization of children through the classroom.
For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. ~Ephesians 2:10
Thus, The Mind Polluters was born! We have traveled the country learning from leading voices in the area of education, faith, family and child protection. Each member in the cast of "The Mind Polluters" brings a unique perspective and background to give you a well rounded view of what children are exposed to every time they enter a classroom and the curriculum being taught.
